First off, I’d like to just welcome you to LABallTalk.com the ultimate Los Angeles Lakers Blog. The purpose of this Los Angeles Lakers blog is really just to get my opinions read by people who share the same interests as me: the Los Angeles Lakers and the NBA. We are not here to compete with other Lakers blogs but instead to bring our fans another source of news and analysis of our favorite team. The more Lakers blogs out there the better!

I have been watching the Lakers throughout the years and have been through the good times as well as the bad. The Kobe-Shaq era, the Tomjanovich experiment, and the Phil Jackson return. The Bynum growth is next and there is plenty to look forward to. Although I have been following the team for so long, I have just recently decided to put my feelings into words and am glad to be sharing my thoughts with the world here on my Lakers blog.

I try to bring up an interesting topic a few times a week and like to mix a news article with some humor. Rather than to simply summarize the results of the previous game or provide a preview for the upcoming game, I try to discuss a specific topic. A topic that is of interest to Lakers fans. A topic that is sure to make readers think and comment. Quite frankly, a topic that will make other bloggers jealous for not coming up with!!

Please leave your thoughts as often as you’d like and continue to provide topics for discussion. Every now and then we allow other people to guest blog and be Lakers commentators, so feel free to let us know if you want to have an article posted!
