Kobe MVP Presentation

Kobe Bryant is the 2007-2008 regular season NBA MVP. He was the Most Valuable Players on the Los Angeles Lakers and in the National Basketball Association in general. The race was tight and guys like Chris Paul and Lebron James really gave Kobe a run for his money.

Last week, the Los Angeles Times leaked a story stating the Kobe would be named the MVP from an unknown source. The source was apparently an insider with the NBA and seemed legitimate. Kobe Bryant had a superb season and the playoffs have allowed him to continue his domination as the Lakers have won all five games so far.

The official presentation is expected to come on ESPN News at 5:30 PM ET. I will be posting afterward with a recap of the announcement.
