The Los Angeles Lakers have made started making their cuts in order to get the team down to 15 players. Brandon Heath was waived and his preseason cut slightly short. Heath, a 6-3 guard out of San Diego State spent last season playing in France for Entente Orleans 45 where he averaged 12.0 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.9 assists in 25 games. According to a press release by the Lakers late yesterday afternoon, Sasha Vujacic has an vulsion fracture of the left ankle and will be kept away from all basketball related activities for 10-14 days.
