Alright, NOW I’m pretty sure I’ve seen it all.

The Lakers were a great team last year. They won the NBA Championship. With that said, there were very few interviews that took place that were “fun” with the exception of one or two about Lamar’s candy eating habits.

Now that the infamous Ron Artest has joined the Lakers, the team will not only be very good on the court, but will be quite entertaining off the court as well.

In case you haven’t been following along, Artest is currently in China for two reasons. The first is the promotion of his shoe with Peak.

The second reason is because he is on “tour”. That’s right, he has taken his skills off the court and to China to show the Chenese what rap and hip hop is all about. Artest became quite famous just a few weeks ago when he came out with his tribute to Michael Jackson titled, “Michael, Michael.” It was a big success and resulted in a formal apology for the misunderstanding of his intentions (seems to be an issue becoming more and more common).

Now, Artest isn’t wasting any time, he’s ready to represent the hip hop community. He kicked it off in Hong Kong and is now boasting about his talented and quite sexy, if I may say so, backup singer, Shin Shin.

In the latest Ron Artest VLog, he shares a great story with Shin Shin. When he’s asked about what happened in Detroit by Shin Shin, he comically explains the entire situation. I wish I could explain it, but you would be much better off enjoying it for yourself!

I will leave you with this thought though: Ron Artest WILL be the life of this Lakers team. The spirit, the passion, the fun, the bitterness. Every emotion will be dictated by Ron Artest. I have confidence in him as should you. Oh, and is anyone else as exited as I am about seeing Sasha Vujacic and Ron Artest together? Whether on the court or on the bench it’s going to be amazing to watch!
