Yeah, you read that right, ankle insurance.

Kobe Bryant is the new President and CEO and CFO and CMO and Owner of Ankle Insurance Co.

OK, I’m slightly joking, but only about the ankle insurance part, he really is charging for his website now.

Nike has released a clever and very funny ad for Kobe’s new shoe, the Zoom Kobe IV. I first found this when scoping over some great material over at NESWSports.com.

As mad as I was earlier about the entire ordeal with his site charging for exclusive membership to his blog and forum, which use to be free, as well as the loss to the Spurs, this ad puts a smile back on my face!
