Just wanted to take a second and congratulate Kobe on earning his first Gold Medal while representing the United States Of America.

Kobe Bryant not only won the gold medal, but also managed to do it with some flair. He did it in a special way. What is that special way?

He broke the heart of his soft teammate, hopefully making him stronger and more motivated along the way. Pau Gasol finished the 2008 Olympic games with a Silver medal around his neck. Surely, Kobe will have bragging rights around the Lakers gym and will further encourage Pau to work that much harder next season.

With young stud Andrew Bynum set to make a return to the Lakers lineup, fans have so much to look forward to.

I really can’t even begin to explain how excited I am first this upcoming season. This team is built to achieve so much, and simply succeed. Give success a whole new meaning.

At this point, not breaking the Bulls 72-10 record seems like a failure. Kobe is after every possible record, and this Gold medal may just help propel him a bit farther!
