While I've never been anything like Mike in terms of sports, I think of everything I have ever accomplished in my military career. It took blood, sweat, tears and impenetrable resolve. With all the hype that surrounds young star athletes, I hope all children can take this message to heart. Nothing is ever given to you, anything worth while takes practice, and being the best takes commitment, sacrifice and unwavering discipline. The Michael Jordan's of the world are few and far between. Each generation needs a legend that can "be like Mike". This add spoke volumes to me.
